Provide quality transport management services to clients through a joint transport management centre servicing the road commuters and public transport patrons of South East Queensland. Specific responsibilities including: the provision of operational services to member agencies and other clients. Management of financial performance of the Centre. Management of the Centre´s facilities, systems and assets. Maintenance of a skilled, trained, motivated and highly effective workforce for both Centre Management and the Brisbane Traffic Centre (BTC). Management of the cofntracts, agreements and relationships between the Centre and the Host Agency (BCC) and other nominated service providers. Promotion of the Centre and its activities to key transport and traffic stakeholders, emergency services agencies, professional and learned bodies and the community as a whole. Provision of strategic and operational advice to the Board on the development of the Centre in regard to services, funding and revenue, centre management systems and technology.
